Elise is a highly experienced Senior Occupational Therapist with 8 years of clinical practice across hospital, subacute rehabilitation, residential aged care and community settings. She brings deep expertise in functional and cognitive assessment, home modifications, equipment prescription, falls prevention, pressure care and dementia care.

Elise is excited to support people at every stage of life, whether that's helping a child build confidence and independence, or supporting an older Australian to stay safe and connected at home, bringing warmth, expertise and a thorough approach to everything she does.

Outside of work, Elise is a mum who loves spending time outside with her family, sewing clothes for her children and a good caramel latte.

Yve brings extensive customer service and administrative experience, complemented by an entrepreneurial background, to her role as Participant Support Advisor at Renew Living.

She takes pride in creating a smooth and positive experience for participants, working closely with Support Coordinators and Case Managers to ensure needs are met with care and efficiency, and is dedicated to empowering clients to reach their goals and enhance their everyday lives.

While outside of work she enjoys cooking, hosting for family and friends, and exploring new fine dining experiences.

PARTICIPANT SUPPORT ADVISOR

Ally brings a background in education and disability support to Renew Living, having worked as an Autism support worker and Education Support Officer across settings in Victoria, Australia and British Columbia, Canada. With hands-on experience in behaviour intervention, social skills coaching and classroom support, she brings genuine insight into what clients and their families need day to day.

Originally from Canada, Ally keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, helping ensure every participant receives organized, high-quality support.

Outside of work, she loves knitting, fiber crafts and can usually be found unwinding at the beach.
