Principal Occupational Therapist

Meet Fiona, the heart and soul behind Renew Living. Many years in NDIS field, Fiona has great understanding on how NDIS process, understanding complex disabilities and experiences in helping clients to apply for home modifications and assistive technology equipment. Fiona is all about helping clients reclaim independence, find purpose and connect with others.

When she’s not transforming lives, you’ll find her mingling or making a difference with kids at Planetshakers Church.

Fiona is also a registered OT services provider for TAC clients.

Victor Lam

Senior Occupational Therapist, Team Leader

Qiwei Goh

Occupational Therapist
Based in Western Suburbs in Victoria

Introducing Qiwei, our dedicated Occupational Therapist with over 5 years of experience across diverse settings. From aged care facilities to community rehabilitation, Qiwei's passion lies in helping clients of all backgrounds and conditions. With a focus on aged care, manual handling, intellectual disability, and mental health, she's committed to improving her clients' quality of life one step at a time.

When she's not making a difference in the lives of others, you'll find Qiwei volunteering at her church Planetshakers or enjoying good company over delicious meals.

Kasey Lo

Occupational Therapist

Say hello to Kasey, our OT extraordinaire! She's all about autism, intellectual disability, and mental health – and she's got the skills to make routines fun and fine motor skills fabulous! She's your go-to guide through the NDIS maze.

When she's not rocking therapy sessions, you'll find her diving into movies, cooking up a storm, or perfecting her coffee game.

Winnie Fu

Specialising in mental health, she approaches her work with a blend of empathy and passion, making her clients feel understood and supported. Winnie is not just an occupational therapist; she's a beacon of kindness and innovation in the field, dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Introducing Victoria, a compassionate and empathetic Occupational Therapist who is dedicated to supporting clients in growing their confidence in everyday life. She uses holistic approaches, drawing on creativity to tailor therapy to each client’s goals, interests, and strengths.

Outside of therapy, she enjoys baking and crafting, incorporating creative ideas from her hobbies into therapeutic activities.



Sarah Budhiwianto

Accredited Practicing Dietitian
Based in Metropolitan Melbourne
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Meet Sarah, Renew Living’s very own Dietitian with a passion in making healthy food fun and approachable. With over 2 years of experience working across community health to transform both individual and communities, she aims to empower her clients through a holistic food first approach. From healthy eating and cooking education, personalised meal plans, and guided supermarket or shopping tours, she is ready to help with anything food related!

Beyond therapy, you will find Sarah cooking up a storm in the kitchen for her loved ones or just exploring food all around Melbourne. 

Taylah Vlasveld

Client Relationship Manager

Taylah has over five years of experience in administration and believes that being a friendly, approachable first point of contact is essential for building rapport with all participants and clients. She strives to be a helping hand to everyone she interacts with and is passionate about fostering strong professional relationships with Support Coordinators and Case Managers to provide the best support possible. Taylah communicates with warmth, professionalism, and positivity, and takes pride in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.

Outside of work, Taylah enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her whippet Sassy, going on long walks, and getting lost in a good book.

Amy Johnson

Participant Support Advisor

Amy brings over 7 years of administrative, customer service, and entrepreneurial experience to Renew Living. Outgoing, approachable, and easy-going, she effortlessly builds positive connections with colleagues and clients alike. With her strong administrative expertise and excellent communication skills, Amy keeps the team organised and ensures all participants receive seamless, high-quality support. Her experience and dedication make her a valuable asset to Renew Living.

When she’s not at work, Amy loves hitting the gym, going on road trips, exploring new restaurants, playing with her dog Archie, and making special memories with her son.

Yve Kuu

Participant Support Advisor
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka-Chinese

Yve brings extensive customer service and administrative experience, complemented by an entrepreneurial background, to her role as Participant Support Advisor at Renew Living. She takes pride in creating a smooth and positive experience for participants, working closely with Support Coordinators and Case Managers to ensure needs are met with care and efficiency, and is dedicated to empowering clients to reach their goals and enhance their everyday lives.

While outside of work she enjoys cooking, hosting for family and friends, and exploring new fine dining experiences.
