Hushmita Mudaliar

Senior Occupational Therapist

Hushmita is a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience across acute hospital and community-based settings.

Beginning her career in New Zealand, she worked in a hospital environment and developed strong expertise in comprehensive functional assessments, discharge planning, and rehabilitation.

Over the past three years, she has worked within the NDIS sector in Melbourne, delivering evidence-based, person-centred occupational therapy services.

Hushmita supports individuals across the lifespan to enhance independence, safety, and overall quality of life through tailored, goal-focused interventions.

In her spare time, Hushmita enjoys playing netball and baking!

Qiwei Goh

Introducing Qiwei, our dedicated Occupational Therapist with over 5 years of experience across diverse settings. From aged care facilities to community rehabilitation, Qiwei's passion lies in helping clients of all backgrounds and conditions. With a focus on aged care, manual handling, intellectual disability, and mental health, she's committed to improving her clients' quality of life one step at a time.

When she's not making a difference in the lives of others, you'll find Qiwei volunteering at her church Planetshakers or enjoying good company over delicious meals.

Kasey Lo

When she's not rocking therapy sessions, you'll find her diving into movies, cooking up a storm, or perfecting her coffee game.

Himani Sindhi

Occupational Therapist

Meet Himani, our passionate Occupational Therapist who loves helping children and adolescents build confidence in everyday life.

With a warm, practical approach, Himani supports young people to strengthen key skills like emotional regulation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, daily routines, independence, and participation at home, school, and in the community.

Himani is big on keeping therapy engaging and meaningful - working closely with families, support teams, and schools to create strategies that actually fit real life (and feel achievable).

When she’s not in sessions, you’ll usually find her exploring new cafés, going for long walks, unwinding with Pilates or a gym session, or enjoying a reset outdoors.

Joahnne Bernadas

Occupational Therapist
Based in Western Suburbs in Victoria

Joahnne is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over seven years of experience supporting children and families across a range of developmental needs. She is passionate about helping children build independence and confidence through meaningful, goal-focused therapy that supports real-life participation.

What Joahnne values most in her work is seeing progress over time - celebrating the small wins that lead to lasting change and continually motivate her to support the children and families she works with. Her areas of interest include developing self-care skills, supporting school readiness, and promoting functional participation in everyday activities.

Outside of work, Joahnne enjoys playing pickleball, walking her dog, going on road trips, and travelling. On quieter weekends, she enjoys relaxing at home, cooking or baking, and watching documentaries, investigative-style series, and action-comedy films.

Taylah Vlasveld

Client Relationship Manager

Taylah has over five years of experience in administration and believes that being a friendly, approachable first point of contact is essential for building rapport with all participants and clients.

She strives to be a helping hand to everyone she interacts with and is passionate about fostering strong professional relationships with Support Coordinators and Case Managers to provide the best support possible. Taylah communicates with warmth, professionalism, and positivity, and takes pride in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.

Outside of work, Taylah enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her whippet Sassy, going on long walks, and getting lost in a good book.

Amy Johnson

Participant Support Advisor

Amy brings over 7 years of administrative, customer service, and entrepreneurial experience to Renew Living. Outgoing, approachable, and easy-going, she effortlessly builds positive connections with colleagues and clients alike. With her strong administrative expertise and excellent communication skills, Amy keeps the team organised and ensures all participants receive seamless, high-quality support. Her experience and dedication make her a valuable asset to Renew Living.

When she’s not at work, Amy loves hitting the gym, going on road trips, exploring new restaurants, playing with her dog Archie, and making special memories with her son.

Yve Kuu

Participant Support Advisor
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka-Chinese

Yve brings extensive customer service and administrative experience, complemented by an entrepreneurial background, to her role as Participant Support Advisor at Renew Living.

She takes pride in creating a smooth and positive experience for participants, working closely with Support Coordinators and Case Managers to ensure needs are met with care and efficiency, and is dedicated to empowering clients to reach their goals and enhance their everyday lives.

While outside of work she enjoys cooking, hosting for family and friends, and exploring new fine dining experiences.
