Hushmita Mudaliar

Team Leader, Occupational Therapist

Based in Western Suburbs in Victoria. Languages: English and Conversational Hindi

Hushmita is a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience across acute hospital and community-based settings.

Beginning her career in New Zealand, she worked in a hospital environment and developed strong expertise in comprehensive functional assessments, discharge planning, and rehabilitation.

Over the past three years, she has worked within the NDIS sector in Melbourne, delivering evidence-based, person-centred occupational therapy services.

Hushmita supports individuals across the lifespan to enhance independence, safety, and overall quality of life through tailored, goal-focused interventions.

In her spare time, Hushmita enjoys playing netball and baking.

Dieu Linh Mai

Occupational Therapist

Based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Linh is an experienced occupational therapist with a passion for helping people of all ages live safer, more independent lives. She brings deep expertise across community health, aged care, home modifications, assistive technology and pain management — holding a Master's degree in Pain Management that adds a unique dimension to her practice.

Known for her warm, collaborative style, Linh works closely with clients, families and support networks to find practical solutions that make a real difference in everyday life. As a bilingual clinician, Linh is proud to support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring every client feels understood and well supported.

Outside of work, Linh enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Melbourne's local communities, and discovering new places to eat with her young son.

From aged care facilities to community rehabilitation, Qiwei's passion lies in helping clients of all backgrounds and conditions. With a focus on aged care, manual handling, intellectual disability, and mental health, she's committed to improving her clients' quality of life one step at a time.

When she's not making a difference in the lives of others, you'll find Qiwei volunteering at her church Planetshakers or enjoying good company over delicious meals.

Meet Himani, our passionate Occupational Therapist who loves helping children and adolescents build confidence in everyday life.

With a warm, practical approach, Himani supports young people to strengthen key skills like emotional regulation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, daily routines, independence, and participation at home, school, and in the community.

Himani is big on keeping therapy engaging and meaningful - working closely with families, support teams, and schools to create strategies that actually fit real life (and feel achievable).

When she’s not in sessions, you’ll usually find her exploring new cafés, going for long walks, unwinding with Pilates or a gym session, or enjoying a reset outdoors.

Phoebe Yeung

Occupational Therapist
Based in South Eastern Suburbs in Victoria

Phoebe is an Occupational Therapist with over two years of experience delivering client-centred, evidence-based interventions within the NDIS framework. She supports neurodivergent children and their families, with a focus on functional skill development, sensory processing, and participation in everyday activities.

Phoebe is known for her collaborative and empathetic approach, working closely with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Outside of her clinical work, Phoebe enjoys playing tennis and fencing, as well as exploring local cafés with friends.

Linda Kou

Occupational Therapist
Based in South Eastern Suburbs

Linda is a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist with a passion for helping individuals of all ages live fuller, more independent lives. A Monash University graduate, she brings experience across paediatrics, adult mental health, community-based therapy, and telehealth.

Linda takes the time to truly understand each client's unique strengths, challenges, and goals, crafting personalised therapy plans that are meaningful and practical for everyday life. She brings warmth, creativity, and a can-do attitude to every session, building real, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Participant Support Advisor

Amy brings over 7 years of administrative, customer service, and entrepreneurial experience to Renew Living. Outgoing, approachable, and easy-going, she effortlessly builds positive connections with colleagues and clients alike. With her strong administrative expertise and excellent communication skills, Amy keeps the team organised and ensures all participants receive seamless, high-quality support. Her experience and dedication make her a valuable asset to Renew Living.

When she’s not at work, Amy loves hitting the gym, going on road trips, exploring new restaurants, playing with her dog Archie, and making special memories with her son.

Yve Kuu

Participant Support Advisor

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka-Chinese

Yve brings extensive customer service and administrative experience, complemented by an entrepreneurial background, to her role as Participant Support Advisor at Renew Living.

She takes pride in creating a smooth and positive experience for participants, working closely with Support Coordinators and Case Managers to ensure needs are met with care and efficiency, and is dedicated to empowering clients to reach their goals and enhance their everyday lives.

While outside of work she enjoys cooking, hosting for family and friends, and exploring new fine dining experiences.
